1. Who you are agreeing with

The website is operated by Category Is Travel LLC, a Wyoming domestic LLC, registered office 1910 Thomas Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, Laramie County. References to “we”, “us”, “our” mean the LLC.

2. What we provide

We publish independent airfare research and link out to third-party booking partners. We do not sell airline tickets directly, we are not a travel agent of record on any reservation, and we do not act as a fiduciary for any traveler.

3. Bookings happen elsewhere

When you click a “View deal” or similar partner link, you leave categoryistravel.com. The reservation, payment, ticketing, change rules, and refund policy are governed by the partner site (Kayak, Skyscanner, the airline directly, or another aggregator) and the operating airline. Their terms apply from that moment on.

4. Accuracy and availability

We pull fares and schedules from publicly available sources. We make a reasonable effort to display the same number the partner site shows, but airline pricing changes by the second — the final ticketed price will be confirmed by the carrier or aggregator at booking. We give no warranty that the information on the site is current, complete, or error-free.

5. Acceptable use

• You may use the site for personal, non-commercial flight research.
• You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the site or its data without prior written consent.
• You may not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or run automated bots against the search panel.
• You may not submit false or misleading information through the contact form.

6. Intellectual property

All copy, layout, code, and original photography on the site is © 2026 Category Is Travel LLC unless attributed to a third party. Airline names and IATA codes belong to their respective operators. Trademarks are used purely for identification — we do not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any airline.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Wyoming law: Category Is Travel LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any partner booking made through a deeplink. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the site.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Category Is Travel LLC against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

10. Severability and changes

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
